The beach field of Ponta do Sol will host the capoeira workshop led by Mestre Beija-Flor.
This practical event aims to bring together capoeira practitioners, from veterans to those who wish to experience capoeira for the first time. The workshop will allow learning the techniques and characteristic movements of this danced sport, this art form and combat. With a history rooted in Afro-Brazilian music and culture, the historical and cultural aspects are an integral part of this session and this capoeira roda, offering an opportunity to learn about the world of capoeira inside and outside the sport, inside and outside the roda.
